TODAY: liquor store black friday shopping-check. turkey leftovers in the freezer so i don’t have to think about it for a week-check. permission from the husband to crank the holiday tunes and jam-check. 3 days off to decorate the house for the holidays and cook to my little heart’s content-swoon.
My turkey leftovers are going in the freezer to make a turkey gumbo next week. If you haven’t OD’ed on turkey yourself and need some inspiration on what to do with all that leftover poultry here’s some ideas:
