Not going to spend much time on this one…
The decor: Some nice booths, a lot of wood. Low lights. Traditional (i.e. a bit old fogey feeling).
The service: Nice servers. Messed up a few orders, but let’s chalk that up to it being a large crowd (we had about 20 people in my party).
The food: Mostly seafood, but they do steaks and pasta too.
* Taste – SALTY. Leaden mashed potatoes, salty crabcake (not very fresh btw), and steak cooked to medium-well when I ordered MEDIUM-RARE.
* The presentation – Meh.
* The price – This place is on the more expensive side. About $15-$40 per entree.
The VUrdict: This is not my first salty experience at M&S. They have a reputation for having great deals on appetizers for happy hour, and it’s true it was cheap, but salty and I attributed it to happy hour and them trying to get you to buy more drinks by salting up your food, but apparently it’s not just happy hour specials. So not worth the money.
